Literally a hidden gem for ramen. We came here on a random weekday “just to try” and were simply blown away. Some of the best and freshest ramen I have had in the US. When you enter the decor is very cool and they have ordering screens so once you walk in you can see the entire menu with pictures and order what you’d like. They have lots of bento boxes, ramen, and starters like gyozas and edamame. They also have drinks like teas, and I HIGHLY recommend the strawberry or dragon fruit tea. It tasted so refreshing and each time I go now I always have to get one. I recommend the black tonkotsu, which is one of my favorites. The staff is friendly and will answer questions about the menu. They have a lot of seating and are usually pretty empty midweek which we enjoy as patrons. The ramen itself is very flavorful, fresh, and isn’t sparse on toppings or the meat. Definitely come here if you want a great ramen dish with cool vibes.

Went with my three kids. The food was delicious my kids said they felt Joy in their belly. A warm atmosphere. The prices were good. The drinks were delicious. Parking was easy. The place was clean.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! My friends and I stopped by while visiting Fort Worth, and we were lucky enough to discover this hidden gem. From the moment we walked in, our server Din made us feel welcome. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely kind throughout our visit. I ordered the Miso Soup ramen, and it was absolutely delicious. The broth was rich, fragrant, and full of flavor, while the noodles were perfectly cooked. The pork and chicken were both tender and easy to eat, which I especially appreciated since I wear braces. Everything tasted fresh and comforting. The shrimp tempura was also fantastic—light, crispy, and not greasy at all. To top it all off, Din surprised us with complimentary strawberry tea, which was refreshing and delicious. One of the sweetest touches was that my friend and I received small souvenirs before leaving. I got a cherry keychain, and it was such a thoughtful gesture that made the experience even more memorable. Great food, wonderful service, and genuine hospitality. I’ll definitely be coming back the next time I’m in Fort Worth!

AMAZING food!! Everything was so tasty and delicious, I got the bento and EVERYTHING in it was absolutely mouth watering. My son got the ramen and some steamed rice, he said it was maybe the best steamed rice he's ever had! We also got the mochi and they were tasty and fun. About the price points you'd expect at a ramen place, not super cheap but SO worth it!! The service was also phenomenal, our server was so attentive and kind, answering all our questions and taking great care of us. Couldn't recommend this place more! Going back soon so my husband can try it too.

Tried Umami Bistro and honestly, everything was amazing. We had fruit teas, mochi dessert, ramen, and a few appetizers, every single thing hit. The flavors were super fresh and balanced, and you can tell a lot of care goes into the food. The atmosphere is just as good as the menu, really cute, cozy, and a great spot to hang out. It has that perfect vibe where you want to stay a while and try more off the menu. Definitely one of those staple places I’ll keep coming back to. Highly recommend if you’re looking for something consistently good with a great atmosphere!
